About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at PepsiCo, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision-makers, specialists, and frontline personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and enhancement requests.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality control of scheduled weekly technical tasks.

Your Impact:

  • Propose preferred methods for receiving technical support and enhancement requests from business teams and users.
  • Prioritize and utilize available support options to address issues and enhancement requests effectively.
  • Handle technical support and enhancement requests from internal business teams or users, clarify as needed, research root causes, develop plans, complete requests, and communicate statuses back to requestors.
  • Monitor data updates and availability for published Tableau and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Complete weekly scheduled technical tasks on time, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with business teams as necessary.
  • Keep solution documentation up to date.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business systems or information technology. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have experience in programming, intermediate SQL skills, experience creating or executing ETL processes, and experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI.
