Job Summary:
Naps Juárez is seeking a highly skilled Jr. Bom Engineer to support the introduction of new products and maintenance of existing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, quality assurance, and customer documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control customer documentation storage to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and control raw material part numbers and manage MM settings for MRP to ensure efficient production planning.
- Develop and implement Bills of Materials for new products to ensure accurate and efficient production planning.
- Setup and control PCB data for production and purchasing to ensure accurate and efficient production planning.
- Manage customer firmware/software files for testing and programming of components and assemblies.
- Manage Engineering Change Notices and ensure their proper implementation.
- Manage customer AVLs in support of purchasing to ensure accurate and efficient procurement.
- Manage manufacturer product change (PCN) notices for effects on customer products.
- Create and control production resource tool part numbers.
- Support purchasing and quality to resolve parts issues, such as obsolete or long-lead parts.
- Support manufacturing with assembly/parts issues.
- Interface with the assembly manager to clarify and resolve BOM and assembly instructions for new product introductions.
- Maintain SAP for material traceability as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Intermediate level in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in creating Bills of Materials (desirable).
- Experience in engineering changes (desirable).
- Advanced level of English.
Work Location:
In-person work at Naps Juárez.
