Job Description
The Mobile Insurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting Wealth Relationship Managers in identifying and delivering insurance solutions to customers. The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical expertise on complex financial products and solutions, as well as assisting with the development of relationships with high-value clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers: Provide technical expertise on complex financial products and solutions to support the delivery of insurance solutions to customers.
- Assist with Client Relationships: Identify and develop relationships with high-value clients, working closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Commercial Management: Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities to increase customer penetration in the Wealth segment.
- Activity Tracking: Maintain detailed records of activity and provide regular updates to management.
- Professional Sales: Promote professional sales of insurance products, providing expert advice on appropriate solutions to ensure the insurance/ protection needs of Wealth customers are well fulfilled.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to Relationship Managers on technical and practical skills, improving their product-specific knowledge and capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of three years of working experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent, or financial advisor.
- Strong Client Skills: Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
- Deep Knowledge: Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products, including the knowledge of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
- Market Awareness: Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.
- Clients Needs Identification: Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs.
- Sales Process Management: Solid skills to manage consultative sales processes.
- Compliance: A solid understanding of global anti-money laundering standards, team player with collaborative skills, knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations.
- Specialization: Specialization in one or more product categories Structured Products / FX / Investments / Financial Planning / Savings / Retirement / Protection / Mortgage etc.
- Language Skills: Good level of English for medium to advanced understanding and communication, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
