About the Role
- Provide strategic technical and architectural guidance to senior management, business technology project teams, and functional organizations to drive security innovation and excellence.
- Define security principles and designs security models for network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and data security domains, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies and standards.
- Collaborate with teams to design future-state end-to-end architectures, platforms, products, tools, and solutions to advance security capabilities in the business.
- Engage with the vendor community to identify market trends, evaluate new security technologies, and integrate them into the estate and support operations.
- Lead a team of security architects, analysts, and contractors to achieve the team's objectives and key results.
- Participate in ISRM leadership team meetings and executive workshops, contributing strategic direction and thought leadership.
- Develop strategic updates, vision documents, briefings, and reports, demonstrating excellent communication skills and executive presence in presentations to TR executives, customers, and partners.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented management style, inspiring at all levels within the organization and attracting top talent.

- Education and Experience:

Requirements
- Master's or other advanced degree preferred; bachelor's degree required or equivalent advanced experience.
- A minimum of 15+ years of technology leadership experience with a focus on information security.
- A deep and fundamental technology heritage to gain the respect of top security technologists in product teams and across industry.
- Minimum of 12 years of technology leadership experience at a large organization.
