**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Cape. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality preparation of all food and menu items, in accordance with our kitchen standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Ensure quality preparation of all food and menu items, adhering to our kitchen manual and standards.
• Collaborate with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring they meet our culinary standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our culinary standards.
**Requirements:**
• 2-3 years of experience in the culinary field, preferably with knowledge of Asian cuisine.
• Ability to work all seasons in the kitchen, including peak periods.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy.
• Advanced knowledge of new culinary standards and trends.
