Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SAP BOMs for all external plants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Partner with the external team to provide costs for innovation projects, driving business decisions and growth.
- Calculate and validate fixed and variable overhead, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Create and manage all external costs for all external plants, including Composites and Intercompany Prices.
- Perform end of month reporting, including absorption and PPV, to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Manage Sievo BOM's consolidation, ensuring seamless integration with our financial systems.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Set standards for external SKU's every year, driving consistency and efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis, driving business decisions and growth.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably with SAP experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field of study.
- Hunger for learning and business acumen, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of financial models and trade and investment analysis.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a simple and clear manner.
