Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auxiliary Buyer to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. As an Auxiliary Buyer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Procurement team by monitoring communication queues, gathering data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to purchasing communication queues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with Procurement team members to gather data and resolve issues.
• Record and report key indicators of service to internal customers, including sales, customer service, order support, and production.
• Maintain accurate records and data in our system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced English reading and writing required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
