**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Your Role:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead and implement our organization's UI/UX efforts in close collaboration with other IT teams and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and evaluating user requirements/needs using Design Thinking Methodology
  • Illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
  • Performing Prototype Testing and incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve designs
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems through UI & Accessibility Testing
  • Ensuring Portals are harmonized according to branding guidelines
  • Maintaining design components and files in Sketch and Invision
  • Supporting the Design Center of Excellence in building and maintaining a design system
  • Participating in Design Reviews from other agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • The ability to discuss and explain design options/decisions
  • Experience with design software (e.g., Sketch, InVision) and graphics editing tools (e.g., Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with design techniques (e.g., prototyping) and visual elements (layout, type, fonts)
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX practices, including user research, interaction design, and visual design
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity skills and experience working with agile methodologies
  • A UI design portfolio and BSc/BA in Design or a related field
  • Language proficiency in English, both spoken and written
