Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at UST. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading upgrades in a fast-paced, growing organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and facilitate planning to customers and the engineering team.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain confidence with colleagues and customers.
- Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
- Maintain current knowledge of the entire VMware product line.
- Drive customer upgrades, adoption, consumption, retention, and expansion.
- Work without close supervision and with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Define, adopt, and maintain processes, systems management concepts, and standards to be used in day-to-day activities.
- Develop and track detailed service plans, schedules, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Secure and assign resources per SRE service deliverables.
- Clearly communicate with customers and upper management any risk areas; come up with risk mitigation plans.
- Work outside business hours if required.
- Cover a 24/7 rotational shift pattern if required.
Requirements:
- Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain SRE service management to a variety of audiences.
- 2+ years of experience in project management is preferred.
- Experience in leading projects in an Enterprise environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and build relationships with all levels of personnel, internal and external.
