The Data Warehouse Developer will play a crucial role in building Confie's next-generation Enterprise Data Warehouse under the guidance of the Data Warehouse Tech Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of data-centric solutions to meet the company's business needs, specifically integrating existing silo data and providing data solutions that reflect the integrated landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and functional specifications to design effective data solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and data modeling to create efficient and maintainable enterprise-level solutions.
  • Research, analyze, and implement database solutions and changes on MS SQL Server/Snowflake Cloud data warehouse platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data ingestion processes.
  • Query optimization and performance tuning of complex SQL stored procedures and queries.
  • Mitigate existing disparate data sources into the enterprise data warehouse and maintain data dictionary documentation.
  • Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality and ensure production data is accurate and available for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Snowflake Certification is a plus.
  • Additional certifications related to data processing are a plus.
  • 5 years of professional experience as a Data Warehouse Developer, SQL Developer, or Data Engineer with knowledge of relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or other RDBMS.
  • 4 years of experience with programming in C# and ASP NET technologies.
  • SQL Developer experience is a must, with the ability to write complex stored procedures, user-defined functions, common table expressions, and correlated sub-queries.
