**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned General Counsel to lead our litigation and compliance efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic advice on legal matters, ensuring the protection of our business interests and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide legal advice to individuals and business units on legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead litigation efforts and support other issues such as government, employment, environment, and real estate.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the organization's interests are protected.

**Requirements**

  • University Degree.
  • 5 years of experience in Litigation, international company, or Law firm.
  • Advanced English (Conversational).
  • Theoretical and practical legal knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office.
