Sales Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing clients and developing new business opportunities. This role involves effective sales management, customer service, and business development across our defined list of Glanbia Nutritionals Ingredient Portfolio customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow current business with existing accounts
- Develop new accounts through various media channels
- Identify, develop, and execute market opportunities to increase sales and distribution
- Coordinate all aspects of customer service, from order receipt to delivery
- Prepare sales quotes, negotiate prices, and provide business solutions to close sales effectively
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences, Sales and Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 8+ years of progressive and proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry, is required. Additionally, the candidate must be able to read and write in Spanish and English, willing to travel at least 50%, and possess mastery of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
About YouWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
