**Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze demands and make purchase requirements to meet business needs

• Liaise between Engineering and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes

• Meet targets and achieve annual budget savings through effective purchasing strategies

• Work with purchasing good practices to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Follow up on time delivery from suppliers to maintain inventory levels

• Perform other duties or special projects as requested by management

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Fluent English language skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing or supply chain department

• Experience in supplier development and cost reduction strategies

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships skills

• Ability to read and understand MRP and placing purchase orders, safety stock levels, sales order, shortage reports, engineering projects

• Knowledge of PC and database programs, including MS Office (Excellent Excel skills preferable)

• Must have excellent organizational and typing skills

**Working Conditions**

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 hours

• Permanent contract

• Presencial work modality

**Language Skills**

• English: 80% spoken, 80% written
