**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Constraint Analyst to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our production planning department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing capacity to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Review changes in manufacturing capacity and their impact on production output.
• Analyze and balance production lines to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
• Monitor and analyze production outputs against daily constraint targets.
• Lead and follow up meetings with areas involved to ensure adjustments are made to capacity as needed.
• Analyze and propose recommendations for changes in families with constraints.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of experience in production planning, control, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
