Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history and a commitment to innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Finance Analyst to join our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

The Sales Finance Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and managing financial expenses, making forecasts, and following up on monthly closings. They will serve as the point of contact for functional and commercial areas, providing financial analysis and support to the Sales Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. They will be responsible for:

  • Accounting for the Clubes, Cash & Carry cluster
  • Understanding the operation and process dynamics of the functions and line of the corresponding P&L
  • Providing comprehensive financial analysis of P&L lines, including Discounts & Allowances, Variable Selling, Fixed Selling, and Warehousing Sales
  • Carrying out integrations of spending, both initiatives and specific expense items
  • Ensuring compliance with the government model established for execution and control of AOP, PSP, Forecast, and monthly closings
  • Supporting the construction logistics of the AOP and PSP process with the construction of formats, reports, integrations, and financial analysis
  • Contributing to the identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L function or P&L line in advance and presenting a recommendation with potential solution scenarios
  • Maintaining cost centers and debugging expense hierarchies
  • Defining a comprehensive talent development plan considering skills, abilities, and behaviors in the workplace that promote individual and team growth
  • Maintaining continuous feedback and communication in internal and external interactions of their function
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in Economy, Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting, or Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas of Finance, Financial Planning, and Accounting, with excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. They will also have advanced level business conversations in English and proficiency in SAP, Office Excel, and Power Point.
