Courier Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Courier Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages, and representing our company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate non-articulated vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and corporate procedures.
• Accomplish accurate and timely selection and inspection of assigned packages and the subsequent reporting of stop counts and miss-sorts.
• Seek additional business from current customers and attempt to gain new business by passing leads to the sales department.
• Answer customer questions on FedEx features of service and keep customers informed about the company and its services.
• Ensure that packages conform to FedEx features of service, that proper labeling is provided, and that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year of experience driving 3.5 ton trucks.
• Must possess appropriate license for vehicle assigned in accordance with specific country regulations.
• Good driving record.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
