You will be responsible for overseeing the development of scalable applications, ensuring the availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions, and driving innovation through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
- Lead and manage multiple teams of software engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
- Work with product leaders to define the technology strategy, roadmap, and destination architecture
- Manage a portfolio of diverse technology platforms and projects, ensuring the delivery of scalable applications that meet customer needs
- Continuously improve software engineering practices and drive innovation through the implementation of new technologies
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
Requirements:
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in software development
- At least 7 years of experience in people management
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 13+ years of experience in software development
- 8+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
- 8+ years of experience in Agile practices
- 7+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
