About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Metadata Assistant to join our team at Paper Street Media, LLC. As a Metadata Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content library's metadata.

Key Responsibilities
Watch and analyze every movie we produce to identify areas for improvement in metadata quality
Add and verify tags according to our established tag schema
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance metadata quality and coverage
Generate ideas to improve our tagging process and content library
Perform other duties as needed

Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to maintain focus and accuracy through repetitive tasks
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound judgment calls
A wide-ranging knowledge and interest in adult entertainment
Experience with Google Sheets, JIRA, and Slack a plus
