**Position Overview:** Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Systems Design Verification team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical design and development of Insulet's products by supporting all phases of the Design Verification Process.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead a team of engineers responsible for defining system-level verification testing.
  • Establish strategic plans, objectives, and deliverables for team members.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute System Level Testing for assigned projects.
  • Develop tools and methods for testing, analyzing data, and tracking progress.
  • Drive optimizations in test processes to increase test coverage and efficiency.
  • Leverage verification best practices to minimize testing time and sample sizes.
  • Lead hiring and staffing decisions to improve team effectiveness.
  • Lead recruitment and interview activities to fill gaps in capabilities.
  • Conduct evaluations and train new staff members.

  • M.S. in engineering or related field considered a plus
  • Understanding of Design Controls and their implication for V&V testing

**Physical Requirements:** Some travel expected (less than 10%). Hybrid working arrangements available.
