Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller Junior Bilingual to join our team at Crossjobmx. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of leading accounting teams and implementing financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the accounting team in managing AP, AR, Treasury, payroll, and taxes
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, and investment plans
  • Ensure compliance with NIF and USGAAP regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to team members

Requirements

  • BA in Accounting or Finance, MBA desirable
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position, leading accounting teams
  • Strong knowledge of NIF and USGAAP regulations
  • Excellent financial analysis and planning skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
