Key Responsibilities- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with ERP systems, Oracle desirable.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (42Q & rTO a plus).
- Engineering or bachelor's degree related to IT.
- Familiarity with governance methodology.
- Strong communication skills.
