- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment (Knowledge in stamping area preferable).
- Basic English level.
- MS Office.
- Experience in personnel and conflict management.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge in continuous improvement.
- Availability to rotate shifts.
- Knowledge of ISO-9001.
- Knowledge in Kaizen, SMED, 5S+1, and Optimization of 3Ms.
