Requirements and Qualifications:

- Language: Advanced English Level (must).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.
