Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the industrialization of global products from the award phase to series production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and enforce proper requirements management to guarantee product quality and compliance.
  • Create and maintain the production line concept, including optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability concepts.
  • Attend regular project meetings and participate in escalation meetings on the program management level and with customers.
  • Drive and track P-FMEA, respecting Functional Safety aspects, and plan, define, procure, and track needed process technology and equipment for production.
Your Background
  • We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years of work experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably in manufacturing engineering.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is required, and the ability to work and live in a global network environment is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, excellent project management skills, and outstanding knowledge of lean concepts are also required.
