The Ops Sup Analyst 1 role provides entry-level operations support services, responsible for record documentation maintenance, storage, and retrieval of records, account maintenance, and imaging, in coordination with the Operations Core Team. The analyst serves as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, aiming to deliver day-to-day operations support in line with Citi's infrastructure and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and document the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
  • Provide regular status updates for project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements
  • Act as primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, recommending business priorities based on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
  • Create and facilitate training sessions, webcasts, demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
  • Manage project plans and act as project manager for follow-ups across various departments
  • Deliver regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements, performance reporting, advices, letters, notices, while fulfilling clients' needs and providing an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and competitors
  • Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
