Key Responsibilities
- Work with department heads to identify and track key performance indicators
- Provide technical, managerial, and operational support to team members
- Lead transition and ensure business-as-usual activities are maintained
- Formulate and draft business cases and investment appraisals
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks and issues
- Define and ensure capability governance arrangements
- Report progress and prepare reports
- Align, plan, and organize projects/programs to meet objectives and customer goals
- Ensure allocation of resources and skills to projects/programs
- Ensure proper and prompt onboarding and knowledge transfer plans are completed
- Track and oversight of all activities performed by team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of professional project/program management experience
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital solutions methodologies and tools
- Ability to influence and/or implement tools and processes
- Proven ability to motivate and direct teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent and practical experience of project and program delivery methodologies
- Able to work collaboratively and autonomously
