  • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Represents the organization to external customers and clients, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes and process improvements.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
