**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Performance Analyst to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving supplier performance, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating new supplier set-ups.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze timely performance, quality ratings, participation in DPI programs, and days on hand in the Supply Chain to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, including the setup of purchase orders and inventory management.
  • Assist in the transition of suppliers to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to optimize MOQs and Lot Sizes.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Place purchase orders for production parts and manage inventory levels.

**Requirements:**

  • College degree and/or 5 years of confirmed experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Ability to learn new skills and apply them to tackle complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive tasks/projects through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to recognize and address problems without direct guidance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • College degree plus 5 years of confirmed experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • APICS/CPIM Certification.
