Job Title: IT Systems Manager

**About the Role:**

Km Headhunters De Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead our daily IT operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT employees and contractors, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure and security procedures.
  • Lead and support a team of IT employees and contractors, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain operations and security procedures, processes, and tools to enhance security and increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain high levels of security, infrastructure functionality, reliability, availability, performance, regulatory compliance, and IT disaster recovery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity education.
  • Ensure system security and data integrity through proactive monitoring, and incident response.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and SLAs to meet business and customer needs.
  • Manage technology vendors and service providers, establishing clear service level agreements and expectations.
  • Oversee service desk operations and help manage Mexico and US service desk teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction, design, and delivery of the technology roadmap, encompassing operating systems, physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, data center infrastructure, and physical cabling.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintenance of infrastructure systems configuration and operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience as IT Infrastructure Manager, with leadership responsibilities, including hiring, disciplining, coaching, rewarding, and terminating employees.
  • Experience managing Cloud services, including security, provisioning, cost management, data redundancy, and system migration.
  • Microsoft Office 365 online mail exchange experience.
  • Thorough understanding of networks and cloud computing.
  • Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems troubleshooting.
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong customer service culture and delivering superior service-oriented infrastructure operations.
  • English is required.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with leadership responsibilities.
