We're seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to join our team in Sales and Marketing. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing change across our organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business-to-consumer marketing strategies and initiatives for the combustibles' category
  • Maintaining databases, building brand deployment activities, and content plans to ensure detailed and reliable consumer delivery experiences
  • Communicating, planning, implementing, and supervising project activities, including undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure overall impact (time, cost, and scope)
  • Processing and prioritizing data to build reporting related to delivery operations, diving deep into the data to uncover actionable insights for both known and unknown issues
  • Able to use data to audit and analyze the performance of daily operations and projects against the plans and propose adjustments

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and implement ideas into the overall strategy, establish contingency plans, identify trigger events, and be responsible for initiating corrective action.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Experience, Project Management, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Trade marketing, and/or distribution. You'll also need to possess a creative mindset, validated personal communication, organizational, and analytical skills, proficiency in English, experience in FMCG or Business to Consumer Companies, and technical skills for data-analysis (PowerBI or Excel).

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your location and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
