Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality awareness throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze data to drive quality improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
- Communicate quality metrics and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Experience with statistical process control and six sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
