Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Handler to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As an Operations Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checks packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, and special requirements for hazardous material shipments.
• Provides necessary paperwork, including airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports.
• Loads and unloads company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner.
• Audits size and weight of packages and boxes, and sorts them accordingly.
• Ensures the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies.
• Operates company vehicles in a safe and secure manner and performs basic maintenance.

Requirements:

• Middle School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
• Basic English Skills.
• Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.
