**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience developing and scaling web services in a high growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced writing and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience defining system architecture and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
