**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team based out of our Juriquilla Queretaro office. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing website content, and managing paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.

**Responsibilities:**



* Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and create effective keyword strategies.
* Optimize website content, headings, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings.
* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.
* Handle social media accounts, create posts, manage interactions, and analyze performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
* Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
* Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.

**Requirements:**



* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
* Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent English is a must.
