About the Role

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategic initiatives and innovate our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Engage as a strategic talent advisor and key relationship manager with HRBPs and business stakeholders across the Americas.
  • Implement and develop new Talent Acquisition methodologies/initiatives to satisfy specific Business & Talent Acquisition requirements.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and recruitment team members on recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leaders to work with, and process external vendor contracts as well as manage third party agency performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant in-house/RPO client facing TA experience gained in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations, preferably in a business partner role working closely with internal and RPO recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with recruitment technology solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Preferred).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of prior experience.
