- Tracking and analyzing SQDC indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing fast response strategies to address engineering changes and drive continuous improvement.
- Developing and maintaining process plans and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Administering work instructions and FMEA to ensure compliance and quality.
- Managing OEE system administration for Value Stream optimization.
- Providing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Strong personnel and work administration skills, with a focus on indicators.
- High level of knowledge of Core Tools, PFMEA, Engineering Changes, RCA, problem-solving tools, DMAIC, 8Ds, IATF/VDA requirements, Customer Assessments, and CSRs.
- Knowledge of PDP and its application in a manufacturing environment.
