About the Role:

This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for leading the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.
  • Ensure that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and company policies, controls, and requirements.
  • Oversee and lead the local Project Execution team, ensuring that company policies are consistently followed.
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations.

Qualifications For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electro-mechanical or similar preferred).
  • 8+ Years experience in Project Management working in electrical Projects and Project Budget and Invoicing Management.
  • Experience working in Oil & Gas, Utility Projects or Industrial.
  • Leadership 3 years experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • PMI Certified (Desirable).
  • Ability to travel 30%.
