About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Kerry Group plc. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and coordinate legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on legal matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, intellectual property, and labor law.
