Responsabilități- Responsabilitate generală ce acoperă partea analitică/cantitativă ce deservă activitatea de conformitate (ex: Know Your Customer, Anti MoneyLaundering,), inclusiv procesele de dezvoltare și revizuire a modelelor/analizelor, oferind asistență în evaluarea și identificarea elementelor riscului rezultat în urma aplicării lor, inclusiv din perspectiva modului în care sunt integrate în procesul decizional, după cum va fi necesar, pentru a asigura că funcțiile și obiectivele administrării riscurilor sunt incorporate corespunzător;
- Ofera suport în funcție de alocarea stabilită de către manager în procesul de dezvoltare al diverselor modele/analize statistice: parcurgerea pașilor de dezvoltare sau calibrare a unui model statistic respectând metodologia definită la nivel de grup și implicând partenerii principali din cadrul etapelor critice ale proceselor impactate;
- Participa, testează și urmărește implementarea corectă a acestor modele/reguli în sistemele/platforma de producție; sprijină procesul recurrent de monitorizare a performanței și funcționalității acestora astfel încât să fie respectat nivelul optim definit în concordanță cu strategia bancii;
- Defineste nevoia de informație și solicită sau obține datele necesare în scopul efectuării în mod recurrent sau ad-hoc de analize privind evoluția portofoliului de credite/clienti sau în cadrul unor segmente specifice de clienți a.i. să asigure atât identificarea celor cu potențial bun din punct de vedere al riscurilor aferente (ex: de replata, legate de conformitate) precum și semnalarea unor eventuale concentrări în segmentele cu risc crescut;
- Analizează și asigură integritatea și managementul datelor, inclusiv dar fără a se limita la: extragerea datelor din bazele de date disponibile (ex. DWH), verificarea acestora din punct de vedere calitativ și al corespondentei cu cerințele de extragere, mediaza accesul facil și partial independent (ex. prin SAS/SQL, fără intervenție IT) la informațiile necesare activității proprii sau a analiștilor de credit, precum și procesarea acestora în concordanță cu solicitarile initiale;
- Asigură eficiența și trasabilitate prin definirea și posibilitatea de reutilizare a scripturilor/metodelor ce permit furnizarea rapidă și calitativă a informațiilor repetitive în viitor;
- Colaborează strâns cu departamentele de Compliance/ KYC pentru a asigura captarea/prelucrarea eficientă (la timp și angajând o automatizare/standardizare maximă) și exactă (corectă și completă) a datelor necesare;
- Responsabil cu sarcini administrative pe măsura că acestea se dezvoltă și i se vorbesc (pregătirea memo-urilor și prezentărilor pe anumite subiecte, întocmirea proceselor verbale etc.);
- Îndeplineste cerintele postului în concordanță cu cerintele legislatiei interne și/sau cu regulile și regulamentele legislatiei externe.
