We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, customizing ERP and WMS software solutions to meet their requirements, and executing data uploads and migrations from legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Customize ERP and WMS software solutions to meet client requirements.
- Execute data uploads and migrations from legacy systems.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Perform data mapping and validation.
- Utilize advanced techniques in Excel, CSV, and text data manipulation and analysis.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
