Job Description

This role is responsible for providing thought leadership in technical innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify revenue and productivity opportunities. The successful candidate will design experiments for deep understanding of complex processes, participate in software and systems project planning, and implement new processes and technology for marketing performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of marketing processes and policies, act as a functional manager in their area of expertise, and provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees to achieve operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior leaders/owners with actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research.
  • Design processes to understand business problems and propose solutions within the content transformation framework.
  • Participate in planning all aspects of software/systems projects, including establishing project plans and objectives, managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and tracking progress.
  • Define and implement new processes, tools, and technology requirements to drive continuous improvement of marketing performance management systems.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing processes and tools.
  • Develop marketing policies with a focus on bridging the gap between siloed organizations.
  • Act as a functional manager within their area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
  • User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any problems or questions that arise.
  • Onboarding and Training: Help train users onboarding as a consultant and take ownership of training during high periods.

Education & Experience Recommended

A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

Lean Six Sigma certification is appreciated.
