The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for managing the payroll function at Advanced Energy Management Limited. This includes:
- Managing employees' salaries by processing payroll data accurately on a weekly basis.
- Leading and coordinating the department's activities involved in payroll calculation and payment.
- Ensuring the payroll system complies with company policies and legal and fiscal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent, and 8+ years' experience in payroll processing at the manager level. Strong knowledge of Mexico statutory government agencies and tax compliance regulations such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA is also required.
