Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the quality and regulatory strategy for the site, providing leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead all aspects of product development compliance, responding to regulatory issues and participating in special projects and initiatives.
- Review and define business-critical operating measures, addressing noncompliance and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Assure quality metrics are aligned with internal and external regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement in supplier performance through various tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate inspection and testing of products, leading Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and/or Engineering role, with a minimum of 5 years in Manufacturing and/or Quality.
- Experience in the medical device industry or automotive industry, with a strong background in Quality System and process controls.
- Practical experience in metrology, test, inspection, and analysis techniques.
