We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable and reliable web services using Node.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build new features and services for our platform
- Share knowledge with the team to develop best practices for building scalable and reliable web services
- Work primarily on the backend, but there may be some UI work too if you're interested in that
- Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests and automated tests and performing code reviews
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products
- Participate in regular code reviews
- Exchange knowledge with the team to help everyone level-up their skills
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution
- Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule
- Share knowledge and learnings with the team to develop best practices for building scalable and reliable web services
