We are seeking a dedicated Editor to join our VANTAGE team, which specializes in third-party due diligence. This team evaluates our clients' current, former, or potential partners, identifying any issues that could pose a reputational or business risk globally. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that all written materials for our clients are not only well-crafted but also timely and precise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Researchers, Senior Researchers, and the Quality Assurance & Alignment team to oversee due diligence tasks under the VANTAGE program, managing multiple reports with stringent deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Edit, format, and provide constructive feedback on VANTAGE reports produced by research teams, ensuring methodological consistency in content adaptation.
  • Utilize SharePoint and Knowledge Management resources to ensure reports adhere to current standards or specific client templates.
  • Analyze risk ratings and report scopes across jurisdictions to guarantee consistency and comparability in reporting.
  • Engage with Researchers and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that all online content is regularly updated and reviewed, maintaining thorough records of progress using SharePoint tracking systems.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the VANTAGE product by identifying ways to improve readability and presentation of online outputs and reports, including the incorporation of graphics.
  • Edit and proofread various documents, such as marketing materials, ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple editorial projects concurrently.
  • A degree or relevant background in English Literature is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain clarity on deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, databases, and online resources.
  • Educational background at the degree level in English or media studies.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional writing skills.
  • Proven expertise in proofreading and copy editing according to house style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with editorial software.

Work Arrangement:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence a few days a week.
