  • Regularly review and analyze tax filings to ensure ongoing compliance, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Ensure accurate management and analysis of complex data sets to support tax compliance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with various departments to align tax processes with broader business strategies, ensuring that compliance efforts support overall business goals.
  • Perform and update transfer pricing studies to establish benchmark profitability levels.
  • Partner with individuals both within and outside tax to achieve corporate objectives with a transfer pricing impact.
  • Ensure staff is well informed, keeps up with changes in tax laws and interpretations, and continues professional education.
  • Oversee the sales and use tax responsibilities of the Company, including the preparation, calculation, review, and payment of income tax liabilities and returns.
