The Role of the Reservations Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Verify guest information and create reservations in our systems
• Ensure that all guest requirements are met and exceeded
• Work closely with the Reservations Supervisor and Manager to ensure seamless operations
• Provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their needs are met

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• One to three years of experience in a luxury environment
• Prior experience in Guest Experience or Rooms department is highly desirable
• Ability to read and speak and write in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Opera and Golden System
