We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team at Zillow. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visionary user interface models, visual assets, and motion prototypes that bring our brand to life.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing digital experiences for web, email, and native platforms
• Advocating for brand expression throughout the user experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and creative partners
• Creating artifacts for storytelling, prototyping, and user testing
• Developing interaction models and UI patterns for design systems
• Leading multiple projects independently with high-quality results
• Ensuring design consistency and excellence with fellow designers
• Bringing the Zillow brand to life through compelling UI design
• Defining visual language, guidelines, motion principles
• Leading product illustration and iconography execution, strategy, and documentation
• Collaborating on Visual Identity evolution and innovation
• Envisioning the future of Zillow's digital experience

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position, allowing you to work from a physical location of your choice.

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design expertise, a deep understanding of typography, color, digital executions, and great user-centered design solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience in product, visual, UX design, or similar roles
• Strong skills in Marketing & Brand Design including illustration, motion design for interactive experiences, and high-fidelity product prototyping
• Expertise concepting, iterating, and executing final illustrations and icons
• Expertise in Visual Design and defining visual languages
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities
• Proficient in Design System thinking, cross-platform scalability, UI/UX standards, and Accessibility
• Experience designing for high-traffic native app, web, and email
• Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects
