About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire selection process from defining the profile to making job offers, including CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and scheduling.
  • Document research methods and ensure the monitoring and maintenance of external job postings, aligning with our employer brand strategy.
  • Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity.
  • Develop the population in the defined scope and define individual development plans for targeted populations.
  • Ensure induction plans for new employees and participate in Resourcing Forums to increase internal mobility across sites and businesses.
  • Support, monitor, and measure the deployment of HR processes and tools on people development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public/Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Solid experience working with Social Media (LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs) and HRIS.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency, written and spoken.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in Business Analysis.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations, multicultural environments, and compensation and classification.
