We are changing the face of healthcare through our all-in-one platform that simplifies the lives of health and wellness practitioners. Our solution caters to small business owners like neighborhood therapists, nutritionists, speech language pathologists, and massage therapists, providing them with the tools to thrive as practitioners and business owners.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our new recruiting team in Mexico City. As a key player, you will help us find, interview, and hire talented software developers for our Mexico City office. Working closely with our engineering leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting counterparts in the U.S., you will help us discover and attract passionate software programmers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Support and encourage employee referrals

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in Mexico City
  • Local market and industry knowledge with a track record of successfully filling software developer roles
  • Using hiring metrics and funnel data to guide hiring decisions and personal success
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
